What’s the difference?

Naturelle produces two mattress collections: the Organic Latex Range and the Merino Wool Range.

The Organic Latex Range

As indicated by its name, the Organic Latex Range utilises organic latex as the primary padding material. Organic latex is recognised for its comfort, support, consistency and durability, making it universally the most highly regarded material for sleep surfaces. In addition, organic latex mattresses provide superior health advantages as they are natural, hypoallergenic, and facilitate effective temperature regulation. However, the production cost of organic latex is very high, which sometimes place these products beyond the budget of some consumers.

The Merino Wool Range

The Merino Wool Range mattresses are padded only with wool, which is the most underrated bedding material and is far superior to polyurethane foam-based beds in durability, comfort and safety. South Africa is a leading producer wool making it highly affordable for consumers who seek a healthy lifestyle. It is very strong, regulates temperature through its wicking properties, is hypoallergenic, resists dust mites, heals and can last over 50 years with proper care—making it ideal for allergy sufferers. Naturelle is thus able to exploit the relatively low cost of wool (against latex) to your benefit.
