A few years ago we bought a memory foam mattress in the hope and expectation to improve and perfect our sleep. Maybe due to the fact that one tends not to turn that often on a memory foam mattress, we didn’t experience the results we were hoping for but rather woke up with discomfort and aches and pains.Searching for the perfect product, we came across Naturelle Beds. We decided for the Ovation Mattress. Since sleeping on it we feel more relaxed. Somehow the spine can stretch out over the night and rejuvenate. Thank you Andrew for the excellent advise, your outstanding knowledge on the matter and taking care of our own personal needs.What a pleasant surprise when our custom made mattress was delivered within a week following our order.We could immediately tell that the materials used were truly natural. None of that unpleasant smell of a new polyurethane foam that makes it impossible to use it without airing it for days. We are truly excited and happy with our new all natural Naturelle mattress.

I purchase 2 Naturelle Beds, in 2023, so this review can be considered a long term test of sorts. After undertaking a health Journey of over a decade, which involved many deeps dives into different aspects of health, it became clear that there is more to health than what we consume. The world is flooded with chemicals and toxins, which is unavoidable to a degree. I however realized that we do have control over our direct environment, i.e. your house. The deeper I dived, the more I realized that many of the “consumer goods” we aspire to, are in fact laced with chemical compounds, and by allowing them into your space, and you are effectively granting access to a Trojan Horse. This is especially relevant to soft furnishings, like couches, and beds, which are made of synthetic foams, fabrics and toxic industrial adhesives, similar to the "new car smell" we all love, but is actually just chemical. These things all release VOC’s (volatile organic compounds), through a process called off-gassing, which can unfold over many years. So imagine, you purchase a shiny new Mattress, from one of the big Manufacturers (Simmons, Serta, Sealy), thinking you are getting the best. What is really happening is that you are resting your face on a chemical concoction, for hours a day, and directly inhaling this toxic heavy metal laden soup, in the most direct manner possible. Added to the toxic burden that everyone is already dealing with, this is often enough to “push you over the edge” and initiate a health crisis. Because no one realizes this, they inadvertently look for the cause in every conceivable place, except the culprit, that is literally sitting under their nose! All of this considered, when it came time for me to invest in a new bed, I started searching for a Natural alternative, comprising latex, which was near impossible. Many of the mainstream guys sell beds with “Latex” components, however they use a method called Talalay, which is deceptive, as they blend the latex with Chemicals, so it is no longer Natural, and the main reason many people think they are allergic to latex, which is wrong – no one is allergic to Natural latex. Natural latex is always made via the Dunlop method, so when I found Naturelle, I knew I was on the right path. They ticked all the boxes for me, Natural Latex, Natural wool, Natural adhesives, all wrapped up in an aesthetically pleasing package. I have been sleeping on my bed for 2 years, and I can honestly say, besides the fact that I am not being poisoned, It is simply unlike anything I have ever experienced, comfort wise, to the point that if my house was burning down, it’s the only item I would try to save. The only other chemical free bed in RSA is a Swedish brand called Hastens, who’s beds range from R300k to R6 million, for a base and mattress (I kid you not) I am now starting to replace all my beds with Naturelle, there is simply no competitive alternative in South Africa.

I am blown away by the decent and honest and personal business conduct. From beginning to end I felt so safe. The same quality is in their product. Most healthy and natural things these days are more talk than product. This is not the case with this excellent quality product.This is my fourth time ordering from you and the experience is still super personal and of such a high standard. Sleeping on natural products of such quality can not be compared to anything "plastic".I can recommend the double bed mattress, the topper and the pillows. Can't wait for my children's single bed mattresses to arrive.

I can’t speak highly enough about Naturelle ~ the products they offer and the company. Andrew and his team are helpful and friendly and so willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The products they offer are such high quality and super comfortable - we have their adult, kid and baby cot mattresses as well as their pillows and duvets. It gives me such peace of mind each night knowing that my family are not being exposed to the toxic chemicals that other companies use to manufacture their mattresses.Thank you Naturelle - I am a fan for life! :)

I can confidently say that my Naturelle bed is unlike anything I've ever slept on. From the moment I started sleeping on my new bed, I noticed a significant improvement in my back ache, both at night and throughout the day. The comfort and support it provides is truly incredible.What stood out for me is how I don't get hot at night anymore. I feel like both the bed and wool duvet help stabilise my temperature. Another huge benefit is that I don’t feel the bed shake when my husband moves during the night. His movements don't travel across the bed and my sleep is undisturbed throughout the night.I've stayed in some hotels with incredible beds over the years, but nothing compares to the comfort of my Naturelle bed! This is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious sleep experience.

If I could give Andrew & Cheris 10 Stars I most certainly would!!What an unbelievable experience of customer service , never mind the amazing Product. I have bought the Ovation mattress , and the new slimline base set. Andrew suggested that I try the softer version , due to the fact that I have had a bilateral mastectomy & reconstruction , and found a harder mattress painful when laying on my side.My partner normally suffers from hip & shoulder pain. He had no pain at all, after the first night. We are both very impressed with the comfort & support of our new bed. The mattress is amazing, the wool covering really does allow for natural wicking. I am so impressed that I have now also ordered the summer duvet. If all of this was not enough, they also delivered all products free of charge. What a product, and such a wonderful experience!Thank you for the most amazing bed we have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on.Very Happy Customer!!!
